Documents and Paperwork
1. Enter our website www.puertodebarranquilla.com, click on the Formats button and download the Client and/or Port User Registration or Update form.
2. Type the entire form, print it out and sign it by the company’s legal representative.
3. Attach the documents that are detailed in the lower part of the form.
4. Deliver the form with the attachments in our Document Center located inside our terminal.
The client / user registration or update process has an estimated time of 48 to 72 business hours, after the filing of the documents.
Mandate
1. The original authenticated document must be filed physically with the supporting documents in our Document Center. In case of not being able to go to our facilities, you can send the documents with a courier company or certified mail.
2. Once filed, you must send a scanned copy of the documents with the received stamp to the email srodriguez@puertodebarranquilla.com indicating the user of the Custom Agency at Port Online website that must be associated to the client. If you need to communicate with the person in charge of the process, you can contact Shirley Rodríguez through WhatsApp at the cellphone number +57 317 2179347.
Please have in mind that:
- The mandate must be authenticated by the Client’s Legal Representative.
- It must have attached: Chamber of Commerce no more than 60 days of issued (from both the client and the Customs Agency), Client’s and Customs Agency Legal Representative citizenship card.
- The signatures at the end of the document must include the full name, citizenship card and corporate ID for both the client and the Customs Agency. THIS DATA SHOULD NOT BE LEFT IN BLANK.
- Verify that the business name of your company is registered as a client or user in our terminal.
- Enter our website www.puertodebarranquilla.com, click on the Formats button and download the Authorization Form for Procedures in the Document Center.
- Type the form, print and sign it by the legal representative of the Company.
- Attach the documents that are detailed at the end of the form.
- Register in our PQRs portal – Authorized Persons option the scanned signed format with the respective supports.
The process of registration or updating of authorized persons has an estimated time of 24 to 48 business hours, after the registration of the PQR.
- Verify that the business name of your company is registered as a client or user in our terminal.
- Enter the link https://www.puertoenlinea.com.co/Login.xhtml and click on the option Register here.
- Once you have read the terms and conditions in detail, click Accept.
- Fill out the entire form having in mind that in the fields of Legal Representative ID and Corporate ID all the digits must be included without spaces, periods, or hyphens. The Corporate ID must include the check digit.
- Click SEND and you will automatically receive in the registered email, the Online Port User Registration form.
- Type the form indicating the type of roles required for each user (maximum 3).
- Attach the documents that are detailed in the Requirements tab according to the chosen profile.
- Register in our PQRs portal the scanned signed format with the respective supports through the PEL role activation option.
The process of activating users on Online Port has an estimated time of 24 to 48 business hours, after the registration of the PQR.

To start the identification process you must follow these steps:
- Enter our website www.puertodebarranquilla.com, click on the Formats button and download the ID Card Application form.
- Complete the form and attach the documents mentioned in it.
- The persons listed in the ID card application must take the Virtual Health and Security course, obtaining a minimum result of 24/30. To access it, you must contact the Occupational Health and Safety division – through the email analyistassyso@puertodebarranquilla.com
- Email the type form with the support documents to carnetizacion@puertodebarranquilla.com and controldeacceso@puertodebarranquilla.com
- When reviewing the form and documents, an invoice will be generated for the value of the ID card. You can make the payment through PSE (online payment) or in the bank located in our terminal. It is important to bear in mind that the invoice is issued for immediate payment and if it is not canceled it could generate restrictions in its operation.
- Once the invoice is payed, you can go to the Security office located in the Juan B Elbert Building, first floor, on the days: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday 08:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. to receive the ID card.
NOTE: The mail with the documents must be sent from a corporate email.
Our Online Payments portal (PSE) will allow you to make your transfers 24/7, 365 days a year. Having the benefit that your payment will be registered immediately in our system, and you won´t have to report it manually to our Port, thus better coordinating its operations.
Additionally, you will have access to the following online services:
- Request and print your statements
- View and print your invoice (as a copy of the original)
- Transaction history (payments)
- Advance payments
- Pay your invoice
- Use credit notes to pay invoice
To proceed with the registration in our Online Payments portal, you must follow these instructions:
- Enter our website www.puertodebarranquilla.com, click on the Formats button and download the Online Payment User Authorization and Activation Request form.
- Type the entire form, print it out and sign it by the company’s legal representative.
- Send physically the form with the attached documents (current Chamber of Commerce certificate and copy of the legal representative’s identity card) to our Document Center located inside the Port Facility.
- We will email you the users and passwords to access the payment platform.
